The Position row

The Position row lists the legs the trade holds, from its fills. It is read-only: you change a position by committing a scenario.

Note

Some imports record no cost per leg. Then only the Position checkbox works and the others say “Combined costs: plot the whole position”.

• Close on the Position row models a closing order for everything and adds a scenario named “Close: Position”. A trade with several structures has a band per structure, each with its own Close.
• Show N closed structures expands the structures that are already closed.
• Shares or futures held in the trade show on a Stock or Future row (under an Underlying band when the trade has several structures).
• The Plot checkboxes on the Position row, on a structure and on a held leg choose what the risk graph draws.
• In a workspace the Position row shows the trade chosen in the chain’s Account and Trade pickers. Tented preselects your first account’s newest open trade on the symbol; choose New in the Trade picker for an empty Position row.
