Notes on an action

An action’s note belongs to that action. Write it in the action’s edit form: on the action click Edit (or ⋯ → Edit values and note) and fill Note with a line on why the action happened or what changed, for example why you adjusted when SPX broke your short strike. The note appears under the action’s lines when you expand the trade, and the Journal’s search box matches it.
