The footer totals

The bottom line of the Fills tab shows the number of trades listed and their executions, and Realized, the total realized P&L of the closed trades listed. It follows the current account, status and search.

“(N without prices left out)” means N closed trades have a fill with no recorded price, so their cash cannot be added up. A combo, which records a total cost, is counted. To include those trades, open each one and enter the missing prices (Edit an action or fill).
