Import unavailable: not connected to TWS

You see: “Import unavailable: not connected to TWS”.

Why: the wizard asks TWS for executions, so it needs a live connection.

What to do: connect to TWS or IB Gateway, then click Fetch again (Connect to Interactive Brokers).
