Desk cannot read quotes or does not know what a chart shows

• Desk says it cannot read quotes. Desk’s market reads go through Interactive Brokers only. Without an IB connection (thinkorswim included) it cannot quote, price or model (Connect to Interactive Brokers).
• Desk does not know what the risk graph, price chart or a workspace shows. By design. Attach a screenshot (Images and conversation history).
