Ask about a trade
Type in the composer and press Send; Stop ends a running answer. Rows in the reply say what Desk read or did. Web-search sources appear as buttons under the reply, and Copy copies its text.
Conversations
Section titled “Conversations”- New starts a conversation about the trade on screen in Trades, and a general one elsewhere. Before you send anything, the × on the trade chip makes it general.
- In a general conversation, Select trade attaches trades as chips. A dashed chip is still loading its details.
- Click the conversation’s title in the panel header for its history. Delete this conversation is at the bottom of that menu.
- A trade’s Record tab lists the conversations about it.
What Desk can read
Section titled “What Desk can read”- Any trade in your journal (position, plan, thesis note, activity, scenarios) without you attaching it, and the strategies you wrote.
- The Trades screen and, in the Journal, the tab on screen, including the Performance report.
- Quotes for a trade’s contracts, any symbol, option chains, expirations and strikes, and price history with realized volatility, moving averages, ATR, and IV rank and percentile.
- Your open book summed by underlying, weighted to SPX.
- The economic calendar, and web search for news.
Desk does not see what the risk graph, the price chart or a workspace shows; attach a screenshot (Images and conversation history).
