Sync paused or Sync failed

What you see. A Sync paused or Sync failed chip in the title bar.

Why.

  • Sync paused: Tented Cloud or the sign-in server can’t be reached. Changes wait on this computer and go when it is back. Tented retries after 5 s, 15 s, a minute, then every 5 minutes.
  • Sync failed: sync stopped. The chip’s tooltip gives the reason.

What to do. Click the chip to try now. If Sync failed keeps failing, report it with the tooltip’s message through Feedback.
