The ONE file could not be read, or rows were skipped
What you see. The import says the file “could not be read”, or the review step lists rows that were skipped.
Why. Tented reads only the ONE Detail Report. Rows the importer cannot read are listed and skipped.
What to do.
- For an unreadable file, re-export from Reports → Detail Report in ONE with grouping set to Account, as CSV.
- For skipped rows, fix them in ONE and re-import. Trades already imported are skipped, so nothing is duplicated.
