IB margin change, Commission and Excess after are blank

What you see. In the Commit dialog, IB margin change, Commission and Excess after show a placeholder or nothing.

Why. IB has not answered the what-if check yet, or the order failed its check. If IB’s check carries a warning, the warning text replaces the Excess after figure.

What to do. Wait a moment for IB to reply. Check that the limit price is a multiple of 0.05 (Tented snaps it for you) and that an IB account is chosen. See Check margin and Excess after before you send.
