A condition didn't fire

It didn’t fire when I was away. Conditions are checked only while Tented is open, on your computer. Time-only conditions need no quotes; the others need market data.

It was true for a moment and did not fire. By design: it must hold for its Holds for window (default 2 minutes) before it counts as met.
