Chain shows no contracts or won't load

You see: “No contracts listed”, “Failed to load … option chain”, or the chain stays on “Loading … Discovering expirations…”.

“No contracts listed.” That expiration has no options. Choose another expiration.

“Failed to load … option chain.” Tented retries, then stops. Re-select the symbol to retry now.

Stuck on “Discovering expirations…”.

1. Send Feedback (the report carries the logs).
2. Settings → Connection → Reconnect.
3. If it still loads, restart TWS or IB Gateway, then Tented.
