No quotes in the chain

What you see. Dashes or empty quotes in the chain.

Why and what to do.

• The chain says “Not connected to Interactive Brokers”: connect first. See Set up TWS or IB Gateway.
• Only far strikes are empty: your market-data lines are at the cap (by design). Settings → Connection → Market data lines shows what holds them. See Market-data lines.
• The Delta chain says “Quote limit reached”: remove expirations to free quote capacity.
• A quote greyed or marked with an estimate sign is a different case; see A chain quote is greyed or marked as an estimate.
