Coming from thinkorswim
You already have a routine built around thinkorswim’s chain, Analyze tab and order strings. Tented keeps the same pieces and lets you move orders between the two programs (Move orders between thinkorswim and Tented).

| Option chain on the Trade tab | Options chain: Matrix, Focus, T-Chain | Workspaces, Trades drawer → Chain |
| Analyze → Risk Profile | Risk graph | Workspaces, Trades page |

| Order ticket (Confirm and Send) | Commit dialog: Save, Send, Save & send | Scenario footer → Commit |
| Limit price on the order ticket | Net price, a Bid–Mid–Ask slider | Commit dialog |
| Monitor tab, working orders | The Working order flag, the Working chip, the status bar | Trades, status bar |

What works differently
Section titled “What works differently”- The chain, risk graph and builder share one workspace, not separate windows.
- Scenarios are not orders. Everything you model stays in the builder until you click Commit. A condition on a scenario only notifies you; it does not send or cancel anything.
- The journal is written on your say-so. A fill from IB is recorded on a trade only after you confirm it on the Fill detected card.
- Pricing is its own. Tented prices options with its own model, so the risk graph can differ from your broker’s. See How Tented prices options.
- Keyboard shortcuts differ. See Keyboard shortcuts.
